I. Overview
The air box pulse bag filter has the advanced level of efficient bag filter in the 21st century. It integrates the advantages of various bag dust collectors with compartmental back-blowing and jet-pulse dust removal, and overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient compartment-level back-blowing and dust-removing strength, and simultaneous jet-pulse dust removal and filtration, thus expanding the application of bag dust collectors. Range, due to the structure of this type of dust collector has its characteristics, so the dust collection efficiency is improved, and the service life of the filter bag is prolonged.
This series of products can be widely used in dust collection systems such as crushing, packaging, roofing, clinker coolers and various mills in cement plants. If it is used for dust collection in coal mills, explosion-proof measures should be added, and the structure of the dust collector should be changed accordingly. It is also suitable for dust collection with extremely high dust concentration gas, such as the grinding system with O-Sepa powder concentrator. The dust concentration is as high as 1000g/m3 (standard) or more, and this series of dust collectors are used to collect dust, and the cyclone dust collector may not be installed for first-stage dust collection. In addition to being used in the cement industry, it is also suitable for dust collection of waste gas from metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery and civil boilers. The material of the filter bag of this series of dust collectors is generally polyester needle-punched felt, and the allowable continuous use temperature is less than 140°C. If the filter bag uses high temperature filter cloth. Its allowable use temperature can reach 300℃, but the filter material of this material is expensive. If the temperature of the exhaust gas to be treated is higher than the allowable temperature of the above-mentioned filter material, cooling measures should be taken before the exhaust gas enters the dust collector.
This series of dust collectors are indoor and outdoor types, which are composed of different numbers of rooms and different bags in each room, forming a variety of different specifications. There are 32, 64, 96 and 128 bags in each room. The whole series has 33 specifications. The diameter of the filter bag is 130mm, and the length of the filter bag is 2450mm and 3060mm. The dust collector can operate under negative or positive pressure. The structure can be changed appropriately, the dust collection efficiency can reach over 99.8%, and the dust concentration of the purified gas is less than 50mg/m3 (standard). The main technical performance of the dust collector of this system is shown in Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4 respectively. . If this series of dust collectors are used in cold areas, when the outdoor heating calculation temperature is ≤-25℃, a heating device should be added, and the dust collector's shell should be changed accordingly and the shell should be insulated.
2. Structure and working principle
This series of dust collector is composed of shell, filter bag, ash hopper, ash discharge device, bracket and pulse ash cleaning system. When the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first hits the inclined partition in the middle of the air inlet, and the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to gravity sedimentation, the coarse particles in the gas fall directly. Into the ash hopper, play a role in pre-collecting dust. The airflow entering the ash hopper then folds upwards and passes through the filter bag with a metal frame inside. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean room at the upper part of the filter bag chamber and is collected in the air outlet pipe for discharge. . The air inlet of the 32-type dust collector is set on the ash hopper. After the airflow enters the ash hopper, it first hits the baffle at the end of the air inlet pipe. Its function is the same as the above principle. The shell plate is divided into several independent dust collection chambers by partitions. Each dust collection chamber is cleaned in turn according to a given time interval. Each dust collection chamber is equipped with a poppet valve. During dust removal, the poppet valve is closed to cut off the filtered air flow through the dust collection chamber, and then the pulse valve is opened. Spray water-free and oil-free high-pressure clean air into the filter bag to remove dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. The pulse blowing width and cleaning cycle of each dust collection chamber are automatically and continuously carried out by a dedicated cleaning degree controller. The structure and principle of the dust collector are shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3.
