I. Overview
The cement storage silo is a conical mixing chamber at the center of the bottom of the silo to reduce the discharge pressure in the silo and eliminate the funnel flow. The mixing chamber is equipped with 8-12 feeding holes, and the annular area between the mixing chamber and the wall of the storage is provided with 8-12 aeration zones. When discharging, it is inflated to the opposite annular zone in turn, so that part of the cement flows to the central mixing chamber. In the top-down flow process, the horizontal material layer is cut to produce gravity mixing. After entering the mixing chamber, it is further homogenized due to the continuous aeration and stirring in the mixing chamber. The average value of this library can reach 5-9. Power consumption is 0.15-0.30kwh/t.
